How does your zero-emission technology compare to traditional alternatives in terms of performance, efficiency, and reliability?

This model has resulted in over 80,000 chargers successfully deployed in 35+ countries.

What are the key benefits that organizations can expect to achieve by adopting your zero-emission technology?

EO's commitment to uptime has resulted in an unprecedented 99%+ uptime for customers in the UK and Europe. Improved uptime allows transit operators to focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations and service requirements. EO services help eliminate the learning curve and anxiety often associated with transitioning to electric buses and promote a successful deployment of high-performing charging sessions. In addition, the EO Hub optimizes charging sessions based on peak demand charges and defines schedules that best suit the fleet operation to ensure that vehicles are charged and ready to drive when -- and where -- they're most needed.

Has your technology been proven in real world service?

Amazon partnered with EO to support its well-publicized global Climate Pledge. Commencing with a three-year, pan-European contract in 2020, EO has helped Amazon plan, pilot, and fully roll out its fleet electrification strategy for both last-mile and middle-mile delivery operations. EO is providing turnkey installation services that include full detailed design, project management, civils, electrical, and the upgrade of power and grid infrastructure to meet each depot's current and future demands. The installed chargers range from EO's Genius AC Charger as well as several third-party Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) AC and DC Chargers.

Amazon has also contracted EO for ongoing support and maintenance of the charging hardware, including 24/7/365 monitoring, planned maintenance, and reactive support inclusive of a 90-minute SLA across any site in Europe. The relationship has now extended to support not only Amazon's van fleet, but its employees and visitors, middle-mile truck and logistics, and their newly launched refrigerated vehicles for food distribution across the continent. To date, EO has installed 2,000+ EO level 2 chargers and manages more than 5,600 individual chargers for Amazon across over 100 depots.

Could you provide some insights into the scalability and compatibility of your zero-emission technology?

EO's custom-built software is designed to overlay multiple charger hardware OEMs as well as AC and DC stations simultaneously. EO has deployed over 80,000 chargers in 35 different countries. These deployments range from pilot projects to deployments for customers with multiple locations. Our largest customer has 118 depots in 9 countries featuring 5600+ chargers.
